ImportXML.com provides free online tools to convert Excel data into XML formats suitable for import into Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime. The tools are provided "as is" and for informational or utility purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the generated files.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ImportXML.com. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ImportXML.com.
"Tally", "Tally ERP 9", and "Tally Prime" are registered trademarks of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We claim no ownership over these trademarks.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ImportXML.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any errors or omissions in the generated XML files that may affect your accounting software or records.
You agree that you use the generated XML files at your own risk. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the imported data in your accounting software.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
5. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
